No April Fools!!!
I realized this morning, that I had forgotten to make a post yesterday. Guess I can blame it on having television.
Yesterday Lou and I took a three hour walk. We started out at our site and walked to the Marina, which is about a half block from home, we stopped at Sea Scapes Beach Club for lunch. We ordered our lunch and then went outside on the deck to eat and enjoy the view of the ocean. We had several birds join us as we were enjoying our Schnitzel sandwich. After that we continued on down a road that is not open to traffic and was so interesting, we saw many birds, and saw many big bass. My favorite was the trees with Spanish moss growing from them I had to gather some to take back to the RV and used it to decorate around the front of the RV.
Last evening we enjoyed a dinner of Salisbury Steak on noodles with fresh mushrooms and fresh brocolli. After dinner, Lou found NCIS for three hours in a row, not a good thing; hence no post last evening.
Today I tackled the laundry and a good thing, I hung everthing I could outside, so tonight we can enjoy fresh linens on our bed. While the laundry was finishing, I was finally able to get the PA dirt out of the car and got the inside of the car all cleaned out and the leather upholstery all cleaned. I still want to wash the windows on the inside, but have to wait until the sun isn't shining on the windows.
Lou went to the store for hydraulic fluid and then spent some time under the RV doing some research on where the the fluid was coming from. So far so good. We finally put our awning out this afternoon and were able to accomplish a few things that we have been wanting to get done. Our yards are all getting bigger here, as more and more folks start north. We have about decided it is going to be hard to go back home.
The weather here is just wonderful, just what we both love and enjoy. Tomorrow we are going to spent time at the beach with our books. Have to make a trip to the BX, and will do that before it gets warm and then the beach.
NCIS on USA... yep thats why we dont eat dinner at the table anymore... welcome to the world of NCIS addicts!
